Granite's shares held by Mr. David Azrieli, another 15% by Mr.
Yeshayahu Landau, and the remaining 25% are publicly held. Granite
is the owner and holder of the controlling interest in leading Israeli
companies, such as: Sonol, one of Israel's leading and largest energy
companies (100%), Tambour, the leading paint brand in Israel (about
85%), Supergas, one of Israel's leading gas companies (100%) and
GES, a leading Israeli company in implementing environmental
solutions (100%), and more. Granite and its subsidiaries are active in
the sea water desalination, energy, water & environment solutions
fields, as well as in the infrastructure, paint, chemicals and automobile
fields. In addition to its activity in Israel, Granite is also active in the
international market, mainly in the environment, energy and paint
fields.
